Nominations can be submitted for North Northamptonshire individuals, clubs, schools, groups and projects that have improved the lives of the local community and supported residents to be active in Corby, Kettering, East Northants and Wellingborough. 

Please ensure that you have gained consent from the individual, group, club, school or initiative to nominate them prior to filling out this form and that you have all the required information you wish to submit before completing your form. All nominations must also fully meet the award category criteria.

A nominee can be nominated by different individuals multiple times, however winners are decided upon by the achievements and impact they have made to the community, not by the number of nominations received for each nominee.

Voting will be open from Sunday 31^st May until Sunday 13^th September
